Research 4 Care contributes to health informatics through research
Health care and information and communication technologies (ICT) are in constant transformation and movement. To keep both care and ICT to meet current and future demands, Results4Care participates in various research projects for new developments. These can be feasibility studies, surveys, proof of concepts. Many studies are directed towards health care at large, or to individual care organisations or health care domains.
Our particular interest is in the semantic content of Electronic Health Records, patient pathways, data exchange, such as Health Level 7 version 3 applications, and the storage of data in Clinical Data Ware Houses to allow data reuse for purposes as quality indicators, clinical studies, national registries and similar.
We do quick scans towards the status of current ICT systems, check whether data protection measures are adequate, do risk assessments and much more. See here for an overview of reports of projects. Would you like more information? Please contact us for it or even make an appointment.
