Nursing Record System
Based on the Health Level 7 Personal Health Record System Functional Profile and the Dutch MedMij requirements, a Personal Health Record System has been developed which places the patient in the center and brings back the autonomy about her or his health data.
In contrast to existing portals and record systems, where the medical or hospital record is the centerpoint, this novel approach facilitates the patient with a safeguarded cloudbased personal data storage to which professionals can submit the data.

Given that our PHR system backbone fundamentals are now working, we start creating a more user friendly functional record.
